DLC3000 series digital level controller is a communication, microprocessor based level, interface and density detection instrument. In addition to the normal function of providing 4~20mA current signal,DLC3000 series digital level controller can also use HART communication protocol to conveniently access important information about the process operation. You can use the Type 275 HART communicator or AMS ValveLink software to obtain process, instrument, or sensor information at the instrument site or junction box. DLC3000 series digital level transmitters are designed to directly replace standard pneumatic and electronic level transmitters.
DLC3010 digital level controller can be installed on a variety of Fisher 249 series level sensors with or without external float.
Output Signal Analog: 4‐20 milliamperes DC (direct action—increasing level, interface, or density increases output; or reverse action—increasing level, interface, or density decreases output)
- High saturation: 20.5 mA
- Low saturation: 3.8 mA
- High alarm: 22.5 mA
Input signal: level, interface, or density: The rotational motion of the torsional shaft due to a change in the buoyancy of the pontoon is proportionally converted to level, interface, or density. Process temperature :2 or 3 wire 100 ohm platinum RTD interface to detect process temperature, or user input target temperature to compensate for changes in specific gravity.
Influence from power supply: When the voltage of the power supply varies between min. and max. ,the output change is within <±0.2%. of the full scale.LCD display: Output current signal,process variable,process temperature,percentage range,rotation angle of torque tube.
