Introduction
Ultrasonic level meter is a monitoring instrument for measuring liquid height, tank height and material position. The instrument itself can adopt two wire system, three wire system or four wire system technology, two wire system: power supply and signal output common; Three-wire system: single X power supply loop and signal output loop, when using DC 24V power supply, can use a 3-core cable, the negative end of the power supply and the negative end of the signal output share a core wire; Four-wire system: when the USE of AC 220v power supply, or when the use of DC 24V power supply, the power supply loop and signal output loop is completely isolated, should use a 4-core cable. Dc or AC power supply, with 4~20mADC, high and low switching output.

Operating principle
Anti-corrosion and explosion-proof ultrasonic level meter is a digital level meter controlled by microprocessor. In the measurement of ultrasonic pulse from the sensor (transducer), the sound wave reflected by the surface of the liquid is received by the same sensor, through the piezoelectric crystal converted into electrical signals, and the time between the transmission and reception of the sound wave to calculate the distance from the sensor to the surface of the liquid to be measured. Due to the use of non-contact measurement, the measured medium is almost unlimited, can be widely used in a variety of liquid and solid material height measurement.

Construction
Installation method: bracket installation is generally adopted in open environment. Cut a round hole with a diameter of 60mm on the installation position of the tank or tank with the instrument's own flange, put the instrument probe into it, and then screw the flange upward to ensure that the probe surface of the instrument is level with the measured liquid level
